Setting Up Admission Acceptance Fees According To Classes
Usually, when a new learner is admitted into a school, there is a special fee that is meant only for the new Learners to pay after they have been granted admission. It could be tagged with any name but we refer to it here as acceptance fee>. And it is only to be paid by newly admitted learners in your school.
You can set a unique acceptance fee for each class in your school. It will be such that any Learner admitted in a particular class pays the acceptance fee you have assigned to that class. Here is the step to setting your acceptance fee below -
The acceptance fee is different from school fees. To setup the application fee, take the following steps -
- Login to your school admin portal
- On the left navigation, click on Payment
- And click on Acceptance Fee
- as you click on it, you will see the page below -
- Click on New Fee> and Select the class you want to assign acceptance fee for and click the Create Fee> Button. When this is done, the acceptance fee is created for that class.
